Free Crochet Cowl Pattern
Chain 19.
Row 1: Hdc in 3rd chain from hook, *hdc in next chain; repeat from * across. Ch 2, turn.
Row 2: *Hdc in next st; repeat from * across. Ch 2, turn.
Repeat row 2 until the piece measures approximately 27” from the beginning if you’d like your cowl to be the length of the one pictured. Do not fasten off.
If you’d like your cowl longer so that you could wrap it twice around your neck, work until the piece measures approximately 54” from the beginning (or desired length). Do not fasten off.
Finishing:
Fold piece in half, matching up short ends of the cowl. Using the yarn that is still attached, slip stitch the two short ends together for the seam. Cut yarn and weave in ends.
