Free Crochet Baby Blanket Pattern
Supplies
Worsted Weight Yarn; approximately 350 yards for the blanket as written. If you make the blanket larger, more yarn will be required.

Ch: chain
St: stitch
Dc: double crochet

Size
25 inches x 27 inches
Gauge
Approximately 2.75-3 stitches per inch in double crochet. Please check your gauge.
Notes
1. The chain 3 at the beginning of each row does count as a stitch.
2. If you’d like to adjust the size of the blanket, begin with a chain that is a multiple of 2 + 5 stitches.

Free Baby Blanket Crochet Pattern
Chain 70.
Row 1: Dc in 5th ch from hook, dc in same ch, *skip 1 ch, 2dc in next ch; repeat from * across to last 2 chains, skip 1 ch, dc in last ch.
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first st), *2dc in between next 2 double crochet group; repeat from * across, dc in top of turning chain sts.
Repeat row 2 until blanket measures approximately 27 inches, or desired length.
Weave in ends.
